About The Centre

C A Counselling & Training Services centre

The centre is situated in the lovely village of Nant-y-Moel in South Wales.

For clients who cannot access the village, telephone counselling is available and in certain situations home visits may also be available.

C A Counselling & Training Services also provides training, guidance, supervision and support to people working in various charities to help support volunteers and workers in maintaining a safe working environment.

I am deeply committed to the well-being of people and have a great understanding of the benefits of coaching and counselling in supporting the needs of individuals in exploring options and realising their full potential.

For four years from 2002, Tina has worked with young unemployed adults teaching basic skills, coaching, motivation and confidence building. She also worked as a volunteer for several years with the Samaritans. Since 2006 Tina has worked as a counsellor for a national help line, supporting people through a variety of issues from work relate stress to supporting suicidal clients and families. The experience dramatically widened her understanding and insight of people's needs and aspirations. She has been practicing as Psychotherapist since 2005.

Tina gained her Diploma in Counselling from the University of Wales in 2005 and has also studied Clinical Hypnotherapy. In 2008 Tina gained her Postgraduate Certificate (PGCE) in Professional Practice: Counselling Supervision from the University of Plymouth. Also that year she gained her Accreditation with The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

To enable Tina to give support to a wider range of people and also start providing training herself, she opened up the C A Counselling & Training Services centre in 2009 where she continues to support people and also passes on her experience in the form of training, guidance and support to other groups in the same line of work in the surrounding area.

Tina is a very engaging and caring person and is able to relate to people of all ages, sexes and backgrounds. She tirelessly spends her time with her clients to give them the support they need and deserve. You can trust Tina to help you deal with your problems in a very confidential and caring manner.

If you feel you have a problem that Tina could help you with, or are an organisation that would like Tina to provide you with training, guidance, supervision or ongoing support, then please contact the clinic.
